Day 1 started yesterday on Halloween and today I completed Day 2 of the challenge. I gotta say that for the 2 years that I’ve been doing these Experiences and comparing them other meditation programs, Oprah and Deepak’s Meditations have yet to disappoint me so far.
For those who aren’t familiar, the 21-day meditations are a series of meditation challenges created by Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra. Each Experience focuses on a particular theme.

How Are The 21-Day Meditation Experiences Like?
Oprah starts each daily session with an intro and then it’s followed by Deepak’s words of wisdom on theme of the Experience. Deepak guides us to set intentions and a mantra which helps us stay focused when we meditate. Each daily challenge is about 20 minutes and has calming, soothing, instrumental background music (different songs each day).
What I like about these free meditations is that you always get to try before you buy.
While I enjoy almost all the meditations that Oprah and Deepak offer us since I discovered them 2 years ago, I feel that while they address universal themes which we can relate to l (Perfect Health; Grace Through Gratitude; Creating Abundance; Shedding the Weight: Mind, Body, and Spirit, etc), I find that some themes resonate with me more in different times in my life. However, even when a particular theme in the meditation doesn’t quite apply to me at the very moment in my life, I always learn something new and get a new perspective so it’s worth having an open mind.
Why Would I Want To Start A Regular Meditation Practice Today?
There are a lot of reasons! These include:

- Reduces impulsivity, cravings, and addictions
- Helps you create better relationships with others
